We have a small demonstration family farm and will love to share our life with you. Our farm is based on the techniques of permaculture. We make cheese from our own goats, raise chickens, fruits, vegetable and herbs and offer eco-tourists a campground and structures built using earth and local materials. We are still developing our farm and will welcome new ideas from enthusiastic volunteers We live in an ecovillage of about 300 families between the Sea of Galilee and Nazareth along what has been identified as a very popular hikers route, "The Jesus Trail". During Talmud and Mishnah times, there was a Jewish city in the hills near-by. In the early 1900's, ideas practiced in our village influenced future settlements. We find a stay of 2-3 weeks is best for most volunteers. We look forward to sharing our family farm experience with you! There is space for 4-5 volunteers at any one time
